Birthday Parties
Our birthday parties are 100% customizable to suit your birthday party needs and dreams. We have 5 themes to choose from that start with a base price of $50 for a 2 hour pavilion rental and then choose the number of guests. Any guests that you pay for but doesn't come will be refunded after the party. We have a variety of additional activities and services that you can choose to add to your birthday party package. To learn more about each theme click on the name of the party you are interested in and it will take you to a form with all our options and the cost for each. You are not committing to anything until you enter your payment information so feel free to go back and forth to find the perfect birthday party package for you and your special someone. Our parties are best for ages 3-12. If you would like to come in person to book your party we're open Tuesday-Saturday 9:00-5:00.

Booking Policies
Birthday parties need to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance to get the customized features you would like. Parties booked with less than a week notice may be limited in activities and services. MDNLC reserves the right to deny services and activities if parties are booked with less than a week’s notice. Parties must be paid in full a week in advance. Payment can be made online or in person. Each party must sign a rental agreement to fully book their party.
Birthday Party Rules for Guests
All children must be supervised by adults. MDNLC staff are not responsible for children’s actions during the party even if we are leading an activity with the guests. If children cause damage to the facilities during their visit the individual who booked the birthday party will be responsible for paying for the damages if the cost is more than $50. Guests need to stay on the paths and within the fenced areas of the Heart and Soul Children’s Garden. Please keep all toys in the Heart and Soul Children’s Garden, no toys from the playspaces should leave the premises.
